1.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: conversation statistics, processed messages, tokens consumed and agent performance metrics.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and operating system (for security and service improvement).
• Cookies: we use session cookies to keep your authentication active. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

1.3 WhatsApp Conversations

• Conversations between the virtual agent and end customers are stored temporarily for service operation.
• Contact data (leads/prospects) captured by the agent are stored in the corresponding tenant's CRM.

2. Use of Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain and improve our services (ASC Agent and AAE Agent).
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Train and personalize your virtual agent based on your business information.
• Send transactional notifications (payment confirmation, service alerts, expiration notices).
• Generate aggregated and anonymous statistics to improve the platform.
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with:

• Mercado Pago: for payment processing.
• Google Gemini API: for AI response generation (data sent is processed according to Google's terms and is not used to train their models).
• WhatsApp (Meta): for sending and receiving messages through the integration.

• Payment data: are retained according to applicable tax obligations (minimum 5 years).
