The portal is your control center. From there you manage your bot, view conversations, leads, catalog, and more.

Welcome tour
The first time you access it, a 6-step guided tour appears that shows you the most important sections of the portal. You can skip it or complete it. Once completed, it won't appear again.
ASC / AAE Indicators
In the left menu you'll see colored dots next to each section that indicate which agent and plan they belong to:

My Agent
This is the main section of your portal. It shows your bot's status and allows you to control it.
Main controls
- ▶️ Start Turn on the bot and generate a QR code to link WhatsApp.
- ⏹️ Stop Turn off the bot. It stops responding to messages but keeps the configuration.
- View QR Shows the current QR code to link a WhatsApp number.
Information displayed

- Active contacts for the month.
Dashboard
Overview with your agent's metrics.
- Messages Total messages sent and received.

WhatsApp connection
Your agent connects to WhatsApp through a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web.
Connect your number
- Go to your portal and navigate to the section My Agent.
- Click on "▶️ Start". A QR code will be generated.
- Open WhatsApp on your phone ? Menu (?) ? Linked devices ? Link device.
- Scan the QR code with your camera.
- Your agent is connected! It will start responding to messages automatically.
Connection status
- 🟢 Connected The bot is active and responding to messages.
- 🟡 Reconnecting Connection was momentarily lost. It usually recovers automatically.
- 🔴 Disconnected You need to link again or restart the bot.

No, you can have multiple devices linked simultaneously.
Can I unlink it afterwards?

Does it work with WhatsApp Personal or only Business?
It works with both. However, we recommend WhatsApp Business to take advantage of business features.
Train Agent
From the section Train Agent you configure all the behavior of your AI agent.
Company information
Set up your business name, industry, business hours, and contact information. The AI uses this information to provide contextual and accurate answers.
Agent personality
You can configure:
- Agent name How it introduces itself (e.g.: "Ana", "Carlos", "Virtual Assistant").
- Tone Formal, casual, friendly, technical...
- System prompt Detailed instructions that define the agent's personality and knowledge.
Products and services
Add your products/services with name, description, price, and features. The agent will use them to answer inquiries and generate quotes.

Configure predefined answers for the most common questions. The agent detects them automatically and responds accurately.
Lead capture
Configure what data the agent should capture from prospects: name, email, phone, interest, budget, etc. (Professional+)
Special Messages

How does it work?
Documents are processed and indexed with semantic embeddings. When a customer asks a question, the AI searches your documents for the most relevant information and uses it to build its response (RAG).
Scheduling / Scheduler
Available in Professional ASC, Premium ASC, and AAE plans.
Schedule tasks that run automatically: message sending, reminders, periodic reports.
In AAE, each schedule is tied to the actor who creates it. If the owner schedules it, subsequent notifications go to their authorized number; if an extended or Lite AAE schedules it, they go to the WhatsApp assigned to that agent.

Your AAE agent now manages a complete calendar with events, appointments, meetings, and automatic WhatsApp reminders.
Reminders are always delivered to the WhatsApp of the actor who created the event: owner to their authorized number and each extended or Lite AAE to their assigned number.
How does it work?
Each agent (SAVA, AAE owner, and each extended AAE) has their own isolated calendar. Just tell your agent via WhatsApp, Telegram, or from the portal:
- "Schedule a meeting with the accountant tomorrow at 10 in the office"
- "What do I have today?" — shows your agenda for the day

Multi-account inbox

How to set up an account?
The easiest way is to ask your agent to do it. Just tell them:
- "Set up my email sales@mycompany.com" — the agent will ask you for your incoming and outgoing connection details.
- Provide: host (e.g.: mail.mycompany.com), username y password.
- The agent automatically tests the connection and confirms if everything works.

As a business owner, you can access an advanced AI assistant with 100 tools from WhatsApp (with /socio) or from the AI Assistant del portal web. 🚀 How to activate it?
- Ask the administrator to set up your authorized phone number and one password for the command
/socio. - From your WhatsApp, send a message to your agent's number with:
/socio tuContraseña - If the credentials are correct, the collaborative session.
- From then on, everything you write will be processed by your Collaborative Assistant with full access to your tools.
🔒 Security
- Your number must be authorized by the administrator.
- If you are the business owner (your number is in ownerPhones), you will never be blocked por intentos fallidos solo recibirás un aviso.
- For other numbers, after 5 failed attempts they are temporarily blocked (15 min).
- The session has a 24-hour timeout of inactivity.
- Write
/salirat any time to close the session. - You can change your password once inside:

When you request a document, the assistant:

📝 How does it work?
- Ask your assistant to generate a Word document. Example: "Generate a service contract in Word"
- The assistant creates the .docx with content generated by AI based on your business data.
- Sends you a download link directly to your WhatsApp (valid for 72 hours).
- The document is also available in your Repository of the portal.
📧 Email Delivery
You can request that the document be sent by email with the file attached:

How to access
If your plan includes AAE Group, you'll see the button "👥 My Agents" in your portal's sidebar. From there you can view, create and manage all your agents.
Create an agent
- Click on "👥 My Agents" in the sidebar.
- Press "➕ Create agent".
- Fill in the details:
- Name: What the agent is called (e.g.: "Technical Support").
- Phone: Exclusive WhatsApp number for this agent.
- Description: What this agent does.
- Instructions: Specific personality and behavior rules.
- Activation mode:
- Automatic: Responds as soon as it receives a message to the assigned number.
- By command: The user must write
/agente <clave>to activate the conversation.
- Save and your agent will be ready to operate.
Manage agents
From the "My Agents" view you can:
- Edit — Change name, instructions, activation mode, etc.
- Archive — Deactivate an agent without losing its data. It can be reactivated later.
- View conversation counter of the month for each agent.
- View and manually adjust tokens used, input, output and monthly limit for each AAE agent.

The desktop app connects your AI assistant with your computer's files. Your agent can read documents, search files, and organize folders without the files leaving your device.

Installation
- From your Assistant portal, find the section Desktop app.
- Download the executable for your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Run the downloaded file. A window will open showing that the app is active.
- In your portal, the indicator will change to 🟢 Connected.
- All set! Now you can ask your agent to work with your local files.
Privacy and Security
- 🔒 Everything is local — your files are never uploaded to any server.
- 🛡️ Localhost only — the relay only accepts connections from your own machine.
- 🔑 Linking token — the connection requires authentication with your agent.
- ⚠️ Sensitive operations — writing or renaming files requires explicit confirmation before execution.
Multi-Channel: Telegram and Messenger
In addition to WhatsApp, you can connect your business to Telegram y Facebook Messenger to expand your reach. You set up each channel from your portal.
What channels are available?

Set up Telegram (business bot + per-actor linking)
Telegram lets you talk to your AAE without needing WhatsApp. The business creates its own bot and then each actor links it separately:
- Go to your portal → section "Channels" → tab "Telegram"
- Follow the instructions: open Telegram, search for @BotFather, send
/newbot - BotFather will give you a token — copy it
- Paste the token in the portal field and click "Validate Token"
- If it's valid, click "Save and Activate"
- With the bot active, generate a linking code or open the direct link for the actor who will use it
- Open that link from the correct Telegram or send the code to your bot — done! That chat will be linked to the current actor
- If you use AAE Group, repeat the linking separately for each agent that will operate via Telegram
Activate Messenger (for your customers)
If you already connected your Facebook account in Social Media, you only need to activate Messenger:
- Go to your portal → section "Channels" → tab "Messenger"
- If you have your Facebook page connected, activate the toggle
- Done! When a customer messages you on Messenger, the ASC will respond automatically

Can I change my plan?
Yes, contact support and we'll update your plan.
What happens if my tokens run out?
The bucket that reaches its limit will stop responding with AI until the cycle renews, the admin manually adjusts the balance, or your plan is expanded. Messages continue to be received but automatic responses are not generated for that bucket.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?
Yes, the bot connects to your personal or business number. We recommend using a number exclusive to the bot.
Are my data safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption, payments are processed by Mercado Pago (PCI DSS Level 1), and data is stored on secure servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no contracts or automatic charges. Your service remains active until your paid period expires.
What if I lose my credentials?
Contact support by email or WhatsApp with your name and the email you registered with. We'll send you your access credentials.
